1. Can alloy jewelry fade?

Alloy made jewelry are the most common type of jewelry. And while using for a period of time, it can oxidized and fade. All our Alloy-based jewelry has been plated by rhodium/ platinum/ white gold/ rose gold three layers. These materials prevents the accessories to be oxidized allowing them not to change color immediately. The lifespan of the accessories before it oxidizes depends on the user's usage.

2. Under which conditions will they start to oxidize and fade?

If accessories are exposed to chemical substance and perfume. When you wear the item during shower or go for swimming and did not let it dry, it will also start to oxidize easily. If you are acidic it can also easy to corrode the accessories.

3. How to avoid the alloy-made jewelry from corroding?

To avoid from corroding, always keep it dry. Do not spray perfume or other chemical substance into the jewelry. As much as possible, do not use when shower, swimming pool, beach and so on. Prevent to wear when going to any activity that will make you sweat.

1. What does 925 Sterling Silver means?

925 Sterling Silver is composed of 92.5% silver and 7.5% alloy. Sterling silver can range from bright white to grayish white and can have a matte or shiny finish.

2. Does Sterling Silver oxidizes?

Any sterling silver accessories exposed can tarnish due to chemical reaction. It has nothing to do with the purity of the metal, but on its chemical reaction with the body's skin. When sweat interacts with the metal it turns the metal black. It is not a permanent color change and can require cleaning.

3. How to Clean Sterling Silver?

There are many ways to clean sterling silver.

1. Use sterling Silver Cleaning Cloth.

2. Use Water and Baking Soda.  *mix both water and baking soda and create a paste. Place the paste into your accessories and clean with water.
